Designing
Can I choose any place?
Yes. Search an address, a neighborhood, a golf course or a race, then square up the map yourself, from half a mile to six miles across.
Can it show my house?
Yes. On a city tile, turn on Mark the spot and your building prints in red.
Is my golf course there?
Search by the club's name; most courses are mapped. A golf tile shows the whole course.
My race isn't listed?
Tell us in Etsy messages and we'll add it.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. Places outside the US can take a little longer to load.
How tall are the buildings?
Buildings keep their real proportions, on the same scale as the land, and the tallest rise about two inches. A very thin spire may print a little shorter so it doesn't snap.
Is the 3D view exactly what prints?
Very close. The 3D view is a lighter version so it loads fast. The print has full detail, and your proof shows exactly what will print.
Ordering
How do I order?
Design your tile and copy its code. Open our Etsy listing and paste the code into Personalization. How it works
Why do I order on Etsy?
Etsy handles checkout and payment, and it's where we send your proof and answer your questions.
I forgot to paste my code.
Send it to us in Etsy messages. We don't print anything until you approve a proof.
Can I change my design after I order?
Yes, until you approve the proof. Make a new design, then send us its code in Etsy messages.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Make a design for each tile and paste each code into its own order.
Your proof
What is the proof?
A picture of your exact tile, made from the print file: at an angle and from above, with its size and the colors it prints in. We send it in Etsy messages.
What if my area looks wrong?
Reply to your proof in Etsy messages. We adjust the area or the details and send a new proof. We only print once you approve.
Do you print before I approve?
No. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
Shipping
How long does it take?
We print and frame your tile after you approve the proof, then ship it. Etsy shows the delivery estimate at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Etsy shows the shipping cost and the delivery estimate at checkout, before you pay.
Can I send it straight to someone?
Yes. Add their address at Etsy checkout. The proof comes to you, so it stays a surprise.
Returns and care
Can I return it?
Each tile is made to order for one place. Returns and exchanges follow our shop policies on Etsy. Our shop policies
What if it arrives damaged?
Message us on Etsy right away with a photo of the tile and the box, so we can sort it out with you.
How do I look after it?
Dust it with a soft, dry brush. Keep it out of strong sun and heat: it's printed in PLA, which can soften in a hot car or on a sunny windowsill.
Can it stand on a shelf?
Yes. It's ready to hang, or it can stand on a shelf.
